Ketza selecciona los establecimientos de hostelería y ocio de España, Portugal, Andorra, Francia e Italia, descarta los cerrados, los de baja confianza y los duplicados, los clasifica por tipo (restaurante, bar, cafetería, ocio), normaliza el código postal y conserva solo nombre, tipo, dirección, municipio, código postal, coordenadas, teléfono principal y web.

3. Información aportada por Ketza

Algunas fichas incluyen información que no procede de las fuentes abiertas, sino del equipo de Ketza:

• Las fotos marcadas «Foto: Ketza» son propias: las de fachada se hacen desde la vía pública; las de interior y platos, solo con permiso del responsable del local. Se publican sin metadatos y tras revisarlas.
• El horario marcado «Verificado por Ketza» y los detalles (precio, terraza, accesibilidad, perros, Instagram) se comprueban en persona. El horario de un cartel se lee con inteligencia artificial y la foto del cartel no se publica.
• La descripción de cada ficha se genera automáticamente a partir de estos datos, sin opiniones.
• Zali, el asistente de Ketza, puede recomendar locales de este directorio (siempre detrás de los establecimientos asociados) y enlazar su ficha; no reserva en ellos ni da su teléfono.
• Para retirar o reclamar una ficha podemos enviar un código al teléfono público del establecimiento que ya figura en ella (nunca a otro).
• Lo que se rechaza en la revisión se borra a los 30 días. Si el titular pide retirar la ficha y lo confirma por correo, la ficha se oculta al momento; tras revisarla (como mucho en 72 horas) se borra todo lo aportado por Ketza.
